Took a moment to get used to but the support staff is solid with a quick response time and theyll help you get your mining gear on track if you ever get stuck on something. From there its pretty straight forward, informative dashboard, every feature you can think of and tutorials on how to use them. not to mention the competitive pricing. you really cant go wrong with minerstat

I started crypto mining Oct 2021, It took me awhile to figure things out, first I started reading in discords, I came across Minerstat discord server, since the beginning and even now, the support has been tremendous, the moderators on discord that help beginners and advanced are extremely well versed in the crypto and the associated hardwares, I once had a moderator help me over the course of 3 hours until we figured the issue out. The program is easy to use even for beginners, I've never found anything I didn't like. a very good remote management program.

Minerstat works for me to use from a single station and remote office. Combined with remote access like splashtop I can cover most aspects or more than offered by other mining OS's. Can see enough under the hood to know what's going on now and have established over time some workarounds based on my rig builds. Haven't used msOS yet but intend to in the future after a farm refurb.
