Minerstat Service Update

We would like to inform you about an important update regarding the future of minerstat.

Important Announcement: Minerstat Service Update

A domain and trademark acquisition is currently in progress, which means we will no longer own the minerstat.com domain. Because of this, we are unable to keep the service active until March 24, 2026, as previously announced. Instead, all minerstat services will be discontinued earlier, with the final shutdown scheduled for October 13, 2025 (30 days from this announcement).

Billing was closed a few weeks ago. Most users have already migrated away from the platform, and only a small number of machines and pre-paid plans remain active. We will now proceed with a clean shutdown and provide refund options to eligible customers with remaining multi-month plans.

Refund Policy

• Refunds may be issued to customers with active multi-month (3, 6, or 12-month) pre-paid plans extending beyond October 13, 2025.
• Refunds will only be processed where the refund amount exceeds the associated refund and transfer costs.
• Minerstat credits are non-refundable, including where credits were used to extend plan durations.
• Payments via Paddle (credit/debit cards) are eligible for partial refunds. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the pre-paid plan, with any applied credits deducted. Refund and transfer costs will also be subtracted from the final amount.
• Payments via cryptocurrency are outside standard consumer refund flows, as minerstat never held cryptocurrency directly. All such payments were settled to us in EUR by our payment processor. For this reason, any eligible refunds can only be processed in EUR, and will require KYC verification and issuance of an invoice to comply with AML and accounting regulations.

Refund Requests

To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us at minerstat-billing[@]pm.me no later than October 30, 2025. Requests submitted after this date will not be processed.

Please make sure to contact us from the same email address linked to your minerstat account so we can verify ownership and associate your request correctly.

Refunds will be reviewed and processed during November 2025.

Data Policy

No consumer data will be transferred to the new owner. The acquisition covers the domains, trademark, and website only — not the business, software, or customer records.

Minerstat has always maintained a strict policy on data handling:

• All inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 62 days of inactivity.
• Workers on Limited accounts are removed after 6 days of inactivity.

This same approach will be followed during the shutdown. Once the service is fully discontinued, all accounts and associated data will be permanently deleted. Only invoices will be retained, stored securely, and kept for the legally required retention period.

Service Conclusion

As of October 13, 2025, all minerstat software and online services have been officially discontinued.

The website, domain, and brand are being transferred to new ownership, who will continue the minerstat name and its future direction independently.
